Reject your request if it doesn't comply with the stated terms of service.

To place the order, the client must fill the provided commission form. The form will ask for the clients basic information and details about the commission request.

Once the form has been sent, i will contact the client within 24 hours thru the selected communication method to confirm the order and notify them that the PayPal invoice will be sent soon. In the case the client chooses Ko-Fi donations for payment, the commission must be paid after receiving the confirmation message from the artist.

Once the piece is finished the delivery will be via email.

Payment must be in USD.

Payment is only available for PayPal invoices and Ko-fi donations/tips.

Payment must be 100% upfront.

After the order is confirmed, the client has 24 hours to complete the payment for the commission. If payment is not made, the commission request will be declined.

I can take up to two days to a week to finish my commissions.

If something happens that could possibly delay my work, I will notify the client.

The commmissioned artwork is for personal use only.

The client must credit me when posting the art online.

The client must provide clear visual references of the character being drawn.

The client must be patient and understand that my TAT may vary depending on demand, circumstances or possible burnout.

The client must understand that timezone differences may delay my response.

Refunds will be available only if i am not able to finish your order. Due to PayPal taxes i will not be able to refund the 100% of the amount paid.

The last refund condition also applies to cancellations. In case the client desires to cancel their order, they will receive the % equivalent to the amount of work made in the cancelled commission.

The client may select between DMs (Discord, Bluesky, Twitter) and email communication for commission talk, this is were the confirmation message will be sent.
